Timmins Porcupine Minor Soccer Inc. is a long-standing non-profit youth soccer organization dedicated to supporting players ages 2 to 17 across Timmins and surrounding areas. We exist to create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where children can learn the fundamentals of soccer, build confidence, and develop lifelong skills both on and off the field.

Our history
Soccer has been part of our community’s story since 1938, when local volunteers first came together to organize the sport for young athletes in Timmins and Porcupine. What began as a grassroots effort built on passion and community spirit quickly became a proud local tradition, bringing families together season after season.
As the game continued to grow, so did the need for structure and long-term sustainability. In 1987, Timmins Porcupine Minor Soccer Inc. was officially incorporated, marking an important milestone in our evolution. Incorporation strengthened our foundation, allowing us to expand programming, build partnerships, and better serve generations of players.
From community fields in the early days to the organized indoor and outdoor programs we offer today, our mission has remained the same: to provide a positive, inclusive environment where youth can develop skills, confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love of the game.
Rooted in tradition and driven by community, we are proud to carry forward a legacy nearly nine decades strong — and we look forward to continuing to grow the game for future generations.
